What is a Raymond mill?

A Raymond mill is medium‑fine powder‑processing equipment. It is suitable for processing non‑flammable and non‑explosive minerals with a Mohs hardness of 7 or below and moisture content no higher than 6%. Raw‑material options include limestone, marble, calcite, dolomite, bentonite, kaolin, bauxite, gypsum, quicklime and calcium carbonate. It is widely employed in the mining, construction‑material, chemical and metallurgical industries.

What Are the Advantages of Our Raymond Mills?

Our Raymond mills boast remarkable cost‑effectiveness, with procurement cost equal to only one‑third of that of a vertical roller mill. The finished powder fineness can be accurately controlled within the 80~400 mesh range. Its 325 mesh sieve passing rate is ≥95%, characterized by even particle size and steady production capacity.
