100,000 TPY Dolomite Grinding Production Line in Morocco

Project Overview

After rigorous inspection and comparison in China, a large mining company in Morocco finally introduced the GK1620 Raymond Mill and supporting equipment from Guilin Mining Machinery. Centered on high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, the production line can stably produce 200-mesh dolomite powder with a single-unit hourly output up to 17 tons, fully meeting the requirements of large-scale production.

Project Details

Pre-crushed dolomite material is evenly fed into the GK1620 Raymond Mill for grinding and crushing by the feeder. The ground dolomite powder enters the classifier under airflow. With precise adjustment, only dolomite powder reaching 200-mesh fineness can pass through, while coarse dolomite powder is thrown back to the grinding zone for re-crushing, ensuring uniform and stable fineness of finished dolomite powder.

Then the pulse collector separates and collects fine dolomite powder and purifies residual dust. The collected finished dolomite powder is packed by an automatic packaging machine.
