Project Overview

A professional desulfurization material supplier in Henan invested in a high-standard quicklime grinding production line. The project requires efficient treatment of strongly alkaline and moisture-prone quicklime raw materials, as well as flexible and stable production of high-quality quicklime powder in two specifications: 200 mesh (D95) and 325 mesh (D90). After comprehensive evaluation, the customer finally selected the GK2150 Raymond mill from Guilin Mining Machinery.

Project Details

Quicklime materials are fed into the GK2150 Raymond mill for grinding and crushing via the feeding system. Targeting the strong alkalinity and moisture-induced adhesion of quicklime, the interior and grinding components of the Raymond mill adopt special anti-corrosion and anti-adhesion designs (such as wear-resistant alloys and anti-corrosion coatings), ensuring long-term stable equipment operation and high purity of quicklime powder. By adjusting the built-in classifier, the fineness of quicklime powder can be flexibly controlled to stably produce 200-mesh (D95) or 325-mesh (D90) quicklime powder to meet different process requirements for steel plant desulfurization.
