Project Overview

To steadily supply high-quality combustion aids, a carbon material supplier in Guangxi built a large-scale production line dedicated to processing blended petroleum coke. After comprehensive comparison, the customer selected the GK1620 Raymond mill from Guilin Mining Machinery as the core equipment. This production line can stably process mixed shot coke and sponge coke materials into 200-mesh petroleum coke powder with an output of 10~12 t/h, fully meeting the specific requirements for combustion aids.

Project Introduction

Petroleum coke raw material is fed into the GK1620 Raymond mill for grinding by the feeder. The ground petroleum coke powder passes through the air ring device, which carries out fine petroleum coke powder reaching 200-mesh fineness out of the mill. Unqualified coarse petroleum coke powder (larger and heavier particles) cannot be carried by airflow due to gravity, falls back into the mill for regrinding and forms a closed-circuit cycle.

Qualified fine petroleum coke powder then flows through the fan piping system into the subsequent collection system. Cyclone collectors and pulse baghouse dust collectors are generally adopted to ensure the total product recovery rate exceeds 99%.
