10,000 TPY Heavy Calcium Carbonate Ultrafine Grinding Production Line in Guangxi

Project Overview

To enter the high-end filler market, a high-tech enterprise in Guangxi invested in a 10,000-ton annual-output heavy calcium ultra-fine powder production line. The core goal of the project is to steadily produce high-quality powder of 1200 mesh (D97 ≤10μm), and the finished powder is required to have excellent features such as high whiteness and high purity. After comprehensive evaluation, the enterprise finally selected the GKHGM ultra-fine ring roller mill supplied by Guilin Mining Machinery.

Project Details

Large calcite lumps are crushed to particle size ≤10mm, then conveyed to the GKHGM ultra-fine ring roller mill for grinding via an automatic feeding system. The ground heavy calcium powder is carried by airflow into a high-precision classifier for separation. Precise control ensures the heavy calcium ultra-fine powder stably reaches 1200 mesh (approx. 10μm). Unqualified coarse heavy calcium powder is separated and sent back to the grinding zone for regrinding, forming a closed-circuit cycle. Qualified heavy calcium ultra-fine powder is then separated and collected by cyclone collectors and baghouse dust collectors.
