A professional power environmental protection material company in Fujian invested in an advanced production line for desulfurization limestone powder. The project requires production of special limestone powder for desulfurization with high chemical reactivity, and the fineness must steadily reach 325 mesh (D90). After comprehensive screening, the customer selected the GK1620 Raymond mill from Guilin Mining Machinery.

Project Details

Limestone materials are evenly fed into the GK1620 Raymond mill for grinding and crushing by the feeding system. The ground limestone powder is conveyed into the classifier by fan airflow. Precise control ensures that the fineness of finished desulfurization limestone powder steadily reaches 325 mesh (D90). The D90 index means that 90% of particles are smaller than 44 microns. Limestone powder under this specification has good activity to accelerate desulfurization reaction and achieve high-efficiency desulfurization.
