200,000 TPY White Lime Grinding Production Line in Yunnan

Project Overview

An industrial powder enterprise in Yunnan invested in a large-scale quicklime powder production line. To solve the problems of corrosion, moisture absorption, caking and pollution in quicklime processing, the customer selected the GK1700 Raymond mill from Guilin Mining Machinery. This production line successfully addresses industry pain points and can stably produce 200-mesh quicklime powder with an output up to 27 t/h.

Project Details

Quicklime materials stored in the raw material silo are fed into the GK1700 Raymond mill for grinding and crushing by a belt feeder. The ground quicklime powder is sorted by the classifier. Unqualified coarse quicklime powder returns for regrinding, while qualified 200-mesh quicklime powder enters the powder collector for separation and collection. Afterwards, gas containing trace dust flows into the dust collector for recovery and purification.

The collected finished quicklime powder is pneumatically transported via air slide, then lifted vertically by the bucket elevator, and finally conveyed to the finished product silo through another air slide.

Excellent Environmental Performance: A fully closed pneumatic conveying scheme combined with pulse baghouse dust collector fitted with membrane filter bags prevents dust leakage, and the exhaust gas emission concentration is far below national standards.
