Quicklime raw material is accurately delivered to the GK lime slaker by a constant feeder. The intelligent temperature control technology precisely regulates the slaking reaction, raising thermal efficiency by 30%. Meanwhile, it ensures the desulfurization calcium hydroxide powder features high activity and high specific surface area to support efficient desulfurization.

The slaked calcium hydroxide is fed into the GK lime mill for grinding and classification. By adjusting the classifier parameters, the fineness of desulfurization calcium hydroxide powder can be steadily controlled within 200~325 mesh to meet specific requirements of various desulfurization working conditions.
