100,000-200,000 TPY Gypsum Grinding Production Line in Fujian

Project Overview

A building materials enterprise in Fujian invested in a modern gypsum grinding production line. The project needs to process raw materials with moisture content of 10%~20%. After comprehensive consideration, the customer adopted the GK1850 Raymond mill system supplied by Guilin Mining Machinery. This production line can realize efficient, stable and eco-friendly production of 200-mesh gypsum powder, with flexibly controllable output ranging from 6.5 to 30 t/h.

Project Details

Gypsum raw materials are dried to reduce moisture content to 3%~5%, which effectively prevents material wall sticking and blockage. The dried gypsum materials are screened and impurity removed by vibrating screens, then fed uniformly into the GK1850 Raymond mill for grinding via belt conveyors. The ground gypsum powder is carried by fan airflow into the classifier for precise separation. Unqualified coarse gypsum powder that fails to meet the 200-mesh requirement is separated and falls back into the mill chamber for regrinding. Qualified fine gypsum powder is transported by airflow to cyclone powder collectors for separation and collection. Pulse dust collectors finally recover ultra-fine gypsum powder and handle residual dust.

Project Advantages

Pre-drying Treatment: For gypsum raw materials with high moisture content (10%~20%), a special drying system is equipped at the front end of the production line. It can steadily reduce material moisture to the suitable grinding range of 3%-5%, fundamentally solving the problems of wall sticking and blockage.

High & Flexible Output: The GK1850 Raymond mill delivers precisely controllable output within 6.5~30 t/h, with an annual capacity of 100,000 to 200,000 tons.
