Project Overview

To meet the flexible demands for lime powder across multiple industries, a functional powder processing enterprise in Jiangsu decided to build a grinding production line. After comprehensive evaluation, the customer selected the 5R4128 Raymond mill supplied by Guilin Mining Machinery. This line can process limestone into 200-mesh powder with flexibly adjustable output ranging from 2 to 15 t/h.

Project Details

Limestone raw material is vertically conveyed to the regulating silo by a bucket elevator, then fed into the Raymond mill for grinding via a belt conveyor. The 5R4128 Raymond mill features mature technology and reliable operation, capable of steadily producing 200-mesh lime powder. The ground fine lime powder is carried by system airflow into the cyclone powder collector and separated under centrifugal force, then discharged through double outlets (Outlet A and Outlet B). The double-outlet design helps improve discharging efficiency and prevent blockage.
