On March 16, 2026, all GK calcium hydroxide production line equipment, which had undergone rigorous commissioning by the Guilin Mining Machinery technical team, passed inspection and was loaded onto trucks for delivery to the customer site in Jiangxi.
The Jiangxi customer in this cooperation mainly produces industrial calcium hydroxide for putty powder. Tailored to their requirements, we supplied customized lime slakers, calcium hydroxide mills, water mist dust collectors and supporting equipment. The GK lime slaker carries out the slaking reaction of quicklime to guarantee high activity and stability of calcium hydroxide. The GK calcium hydroxide mill finely grinds the slaked calcium hydroxide, ensuring the finished fineness steadily reaches over 200 mesh and meets the strict filler fineness standard for putty powder production. The whole line adopts the DCS intelligent control system and pulse water mist dust removal technology, featuring high automation and low dust emission concentration.
Both sides enjoyed smooth communication during this cooperation. We will keep tracking equipment transportation, installation and commissioning afterwards, and arrange our technical team to provide on-site guidance and training in Jiangxi to help the production line put into operation soon and run stably.
