Working Principle of Double Roll Crusher

The hydraulic system drives two rollers to rotate oppositely and form a crushing zone. Smooth rollers realize laminated crushing by pure static compressive force, making materials fracture regularly along internal cleavage planes. The finished products are cubic with low flaky particle content, minimizing over-crushing and realizing particle shaping & precise control of stone powder rate.
