It breaks the spatial limitation of traditional fixed crushing production lines. It is especially suitable for scattered material sources, complex terrain and short-term engineering projects. Widely used in construction waste recycling, mining, sand & aggregate production, road engineering and other fields. Based on power form, it is mainly divided into wheel-mounted mobile crushing station and crawler mobile crushing station. Wheel-mounted type is generally adopted for urban construction waste projects requiring frequent highway relocation, while crawler type is used for mining and aggregate production in complex terrain without road access.

Working Principle of Mobile Crushing Station

The core of mobile crushing station is to integrate complete crushing and screening process onto a movable chassis. Raw materials are evenly fed by the feeder into mobile crushing host (mobile jaw crusher, mobile cone crusher, mobile impact crusher or mobile sand making machine etc.). Crushed materials are graded and screened by mobile multi-layer vibrating screen. Qualified finished materials are discharged through main conveyor belt, while unqualified large blocks return to crushing host to form closed-circuit circulation.
