Efficient Screening: Vibrating screen is adopted for pre-screening to reduce the load of the subsequent square swing screen. The square swing screen delivers high screening efficiency and long screen mesh service life, capable of producing fine sand of various specifications.

Superior Quality: Finished particles are mostly cubic with rounded grain shape. The fineness and powder content can be precisely controlled to meet sand product requirements from various industries.

Powerful Self-drying: The unique sand making system creates an operating temperature of around 70℃ inside the main unit. Material moisture evaporates naturally during processing. It can directly handle high-moisture materials such as clay without pre-drying equipment.

Working Principle of Sand Making Machine

Materials first go through pre-screening by vibrating screen to separate part of qualified sand and reduce subsequent load. Pre-screened materials enter the sand making machine for crushing and shaping. Friction heat from crushing (around 70℃) realizes self-drying of materials. Afterwards, materials are sent to square swing screen for classification screening to produce multiple grades of finished sand as required (20~40 mesh, 40~60 mesh, 60~80 mesh, 80~120 mesh). Tail powder generated in sand making is efficiently captured by cyclone collector. This tail powder can be directly sold to putty powder factories as high-quality filler without further processing to bring extra benefits.
