Working Principle of Air Compressor

Air Compression: Two screw rotors mesh and rotate, periodically forming enclosed spaces inside the chamber to complete air suction, delivery and compression, converting mechanical energy into high-pressure air energy.

Cooling & Separation: Oil injection realizes sealing, cooling and lubrication. High-temperature oil-gas mixture is separated by centrifugal force and filter elements to guarantee clean air.

Intelligent Control: The frequency converter enables 10%~100% stepless regulation. The PLC system dynamically matches pressure, temperature and flow rate. The air receiver buffers energy and stabilizes delivery.
