Cyclone Collector
Features & Advantages of Cyclone Collector
High-efficiency Collection: It efficiently captures finished fine powder discharged from Raymond mills (typically >5µm), which can be directly collected as final product. It greatly improves the overall product recovery rate with collection efficiency over 80%.
Load Reduction: Most high-concentration dust is removed in advance, effectively reducing the workload of the downstream pulse bag dust collector and ensuring long-term stable operation of the Raymond mill system.
Energy Saving: Simple structure with low operating energy consumption. Primary powder collection cuts energy consumption of downstream fans and dust collectors, lowering the comprehensive operating cost of the system.
Stable & Reliable: Robust and durable equipment with no wearing parts. It is high-temperature resistant and wear-resistant, suitable for working conditions with high dust concentration and coarse particles, and easy to maintain.
Working Principle of Cyclone Collector
Centrifugal Separation: Dust-laden gas enters the cyclone barrel at a speed of 15~25m/s and forms a strong rotating vortex inside. Dust particles are thrown outward under centrifugal force, lose kinetic energy and slide down the wall to the bottom ash hopper.
Gas-solid Separation: Gas-solid separation is achieved during rotation due to density difference between dust and gas. The purified gas is discharged upward through the central exhaust pipe to finish the separation process.
