Discharge Valve
Features of Discharge Valve
Airtight Air Locking: The sealing structure isolates outside air and maintains stable conditions inside Raymond mills to improve induced draft efficiency for high output and low consumption. Meanwhile, it prevents fine powder escape and reduces material loss to meet environmental and safety requirements.
Uniform Discharging: Continuous rotation of the impeller achieves quantitative and steady discharging, avoids material flow fluctuation, stabilizes conveying and packaging processes, and prevents blockage and material surging.
Robust & Compact: Compact structure with good space adaptability. Built with sturdy materials and wear-resistant components for long service life and low failure rate.
Flexible Discharge: The impeller speed is controlled by variable frequency drive to adjust discharge volume flexibly and realize optimal control of the grinding production line.
Working Principle of Discharge Valve
Rotary Airlock: Impeller cells and elastic seals form a dynamic air seal. One fully loaded cell always separates the inlet and outlet during rotation to achieve stable air locking.
Quantitative Discharging: Material falls into cells and is discharged after the impeller rotates 180°. Constant rotating speed ensures even flow with control accuracy up to ±2%.
VFD Regulation: The frequency converter adjusts impeller speed (1-30r/min) to flexibly control discharge volume.
