Working Principle of Powder Granulator

Wetting & Agglomeration: Atomized binder evenly wets powder, making powder agglomerate preliminarily and form microcores as the basis for granule growth.

Growth & Spheronization: Microcores keep colliding and merging under mechanical force to grow larger, and gradually become spherical under combined action of surface tension and shear force.

Drying & Curing: Granules are compacted by mechanical tumbling and collision to remove internal voids, and finally cured by drying to obtain dense and regular finished granules.
