Powder Vibrating Screen Features & Advantages

Working Principle of Powder Vibrating Screen

Compound Vibration: Two symmetrically mounted vibration motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions. Horizontal exciting forces counteract each other while vertical exciting forces are superimposed and strengthened to realize rapid and uniform material spreading and efficient conveying.

Layered Screening: Driven by three-dimensional vibration, materials stratify quickly by particle size. Fine particles move downward to pass through the screen mesh, while coarse particles travel spirally along the screen surface to the edge for discharge.

Synchronous Classification: Equipped with multi-layer screen meshes of different apertures, the equipment can complete multi-stage precise screening in a single pass, output finished products of multiple specifications simultaneously. The screen cleaning device keeps the mesh openings unobstructed.
