Roots Blower
Features & Advantages of Roots Blower
Stable Fineness: The constant-volume characteristic of Roots blower delivers steady air volume and wind speed, ensuring accurate particle classification by the classifier and continuous stable separation of qualified and unqualified powder particles.
Efficient Grinding: It carries qualified powder away from the grinding disc to prevent over-grinding of fine powder, improve grinding efficiency and increase the output of Raymond mills.
Precise Regulation: The frequency converter adjusts motor speed to linearly and accurately control air volume, adapting to milling conditions of different materials and fineness requirements.
Stable Operation: When system resistance rises, the air volume drop of Roots blower is far less than that of centrifugal fans. It can maintain normal operation of Raymond mills until cleaning and maintenance.
Working Principle of Roots Blower
Synchronized Rotors: A pair of synchronous gears drive rotors to rotate in opposite directions at equal speed, forming sealed air cavities periodically to force gas from the inlet to the outlet.
Constant Flow & Constant-volume Pressure: The output air volume is determined by rotating speed and independent of system resistance. Torque automatically increases to stabilize air volume when pressure rises, realizing constant-volume conveying capacity.
Linear Frequency Conversion: The frequency converter adjusts motor speed to linearly and precisely control air volume output for flexible regulation.
