Raymond Mill Gland
Features and Advantages of Raymond Mill Glands
Axial Locking: The rigid axial locking structure of the gland completely eliminates axial play of the bearing during operation, ensures the rotation accuracy of the mill roller, and lays a foundation for stable and uniform finished powder fineness.
High-efficiency Sealing: Integrated high-performance contact sealing system effectively blocks the ingress of high-hardness and highly abrasive dust. It keeps bearings running in a clean lubricated environment and greatly extends the service life of bearings and roller assemblies.
Stable and Reliable: Combining axial locking and high-efficiency sealing, it significantly reduces risks of bearing jamming and wear caused by dust penetration, cuts unplanned downtime, and improves continuous operation efficiency and production reliability of the Raymond mill.
Maintenance Tips for Raymond Mill Glands
Regular Calibration: Regularly calibrate inverter parameters and speed feedback devices to ensure precise control of classification rotating speed.
Regular Tightening: Routinely inspect and retighten all connecting bolts of the gland to the specified torque to prevent loosening caused by vibration and guarantee reliable axial positioning.
Sealing Inspection: During every overhaul, carefully inspect and clean the sealing surface and seals of the gland (such as O-rings and labyrinth grooves). Replace or repair them immediately if seals are aged or worn, or if scratches or deformation are found on the sealing surface.
