Features and Advantages of Raymond Mill Grinding Rings

Hard Surface: The inner working surface of the grinding ring adopts hard wear-resistant material layer such as hard alloy and high chromium cast iron. It features extremely high surface hardness to effectively resist fierce friction and impact from materials.

Long Wear Resistance: Made of high wear-resistant material, the service life of the grinding ring can be 3 to 5 times longer than that of ordinary materials, with excellent wear resistance and long service life.

Stable Quality: Mill rollers press tightly against the grinding ring under centrifugal force. Even when the grinding ring is worn to a certain thickness, it can still maintain stable output and fineness of finished products without obvious performance degradation caused by wear.

Maintenance Tips for Raymond Mill Grinding Rings

Regular Cleaning: Stop the machine regularly in daily operation to remove accumulated materials and foreign matters on the working surface of the grinding ring and keep the rolling surface clean and flat.

Synchronous Inspection: Inspect the wear condition of grinding ring liner synchronously every time when replacing mill rollers. If there are pits deeper than 5mm, through cracks or severe uneven wear, replace the whole set immediately. Mixing old and new parts is strictly prohibited.

Stable Installation: Confirm that the fixing bolts between grinding ring and base are not loose after maintenance, and ensure the concentricity between its working profile and roller track meets requirements.
