100,000 TPY Calcite Sand & Powder Combined Grinding Production Line in Shandong

Project Overview

A new material company in Shandong needed to build a sand-powder co-production line capable of both sand making and powder grinding. It requires simultaneous production of two products: 40~80 mesh sand and 200 mesh powder. After comprehensive evaluation, the customer adopted the GKSF sand-powder integrated machine and supporting systems from Guilin Mining Machinery. The total output of sand and powder of this production line reaches 15~20 t/h with a sieve passing rate ≥90%. Its flexible production mode provides a brand-new solution for the efficient development of calcite resources.

Project Details

Crushed calcite materials are vertically conveyed to the GKSF sand-powder integrated machine for grinding and classification by the elevator. By adjusting system parameters, part of the materials is ground into powder while the rest remains as coarse sand particles. The ground mixture is carried by airflow into the built-in classifier for precise separation. Qualified 200-mesh fine powder enters the collection system with airflow. Qualified 40~80 mesh sand is separated out as finished product. Oversized particles failing both specifications are automatically returned to the grinding zone for reprocessing, forming a closed-circuit circulation.

Qualified fine powder (200 mesh) flows with airflow into the cyclone collector for efficient separation and collection. The residual air of the system goes into the pulse baghouse dust collector for purification, ensuring exhaust emission well below national environmental standards.
