Project Overview

The project requires finished calcium hydroxide powder with high specific surface area and adjustable fineness ranging from 200 to 325 mesh. Project Details

Quicklime raw material is fed into the GK lime slaker via a constant feeder. Precise control of water-lime ratio, temperature and reaction time ensures the generation of high-activity calcium hydroxide with high specific surface area. The reaction between quicklime and water inside the slaker produces substantial dust, and the water mist dust collector is particularly suitable for treating high-temperature and high-humidity waste gas from the slaking stage.

The slaked calcium hydroxide is firstly pre-classified by the GK calcium hydroxide powder separator. Powder meeting fineness requirements is discharged and collected as finished product, while coarse powder failing the standard is sent to the GK lime mill for grinding and classification. This closed-circuit circulation system formed by both units can flexibly produce high-specific-surface-area calcium hydroxide powder of 200~325 mesh.
