20,000–40,000 TPY Marble Ultrafine Grinding Production Line in Guangxi

Project Overview

A large-scale calcium carbonate deep-processing enterprise in Hezhou, Guangxi, relying on local high-quality marble resources, decided to build a new ultra-fine grinding production line with leading technology. After comprehensive evaluation, the enterprise selected GKLM ultra-fine vertical mill from Guilin Mining Machinery. This production line can stably produce ultra-fine powder of 600~1250 mesh with excellent whiteness, realizing large-scale production of multi-specification high-quality marble ultra-fine powder.

Project Details

Pre-crushed marble raw materials are vertically conveyed by elevator to the raw material silo, then fed into the GKLM ultra-fine vertical mill for grinding and crushing via feeder. The ground marble powder is carried by airflow into the precision classifier for accurate sorting. It ensures stable and controllable fineness of marble ultra-fine powder within the range of 600~1250 mesh. Unqualified coarse marble powder is separated and sent back to the grinding zone for regrinding to form a closed-circuit circulation. Qualified marble ultra-fine powder is then separated and collected by the dust collection system.
