30,000 TPY Ground Calcium Carbonate Ultrafine Grinding Production Line in Anhui

Project Overview

A leading powder enterprise in Anhui decided to build a ground calcium carbonate ultra-fine grinding production line to meet the requirements of coatings, plastics, sealants and other industries. The core objective of the project is to realize large-scale, intelligent and clean production of 800~2500 mesh ultra-fine powder. After comparing multiple suppliers, the enterprise finally chose Guilin Mining Machinery and adopted the full-process intelligent system equipped with GKLM ultra-fine vertical mill.

Project Details

Crushed calcium carbonate material is vertically conveyed by elevator to the raw material silo, then smoothly fed into the GKLM ultra-fine vertical mill for grinding via a sealed constant feeder. The ground calcium carbonate powder rises with airflow to the precision classifier. By adjusting the classifier speed, the cut point can be precisely controlled. Unqualified coarse ground calcium carbonate powder is separated and falls back to the grinding table for regrinding, forming a closed-circuit circulation system.

Qualified ground calcium carbonate ultra-fine powder is separated and collected by the dust collection system, then hermetically conveyed to the finished product silo for storage through pneumatic conveying equipment such as bin pumps. Afterwards, weighing, filling and sealing are completed by the fully automatic packaging and palletizing system.
