Designed with wear-resistant components, this production line extends the maintenance cycle by 30%. It can stably produce high-quality 200-mesh bentonite powder with a sieve passing rate ≥90%. Project Details

Bentonite raw materials are fed into the GK1700 Raymond Mill for grinding and crushing by the feeder. Tailored to the characteristics of bentonite, grinding rollers and grinding rings are made of special wear-resistant materials, effectively extending the maintenance cycle and reducing operating costs. The ground bentonite powder enters the classifier under fan airflow. By adjusting the classifier speed, the fineness of bentonite powder can be precisely controlled at 200 mesh with a stable passing rate above 90%.

A multi-stage dust collection system composed of cyclone collector and pulse baghouse dust collector delivers high finished product recovery rate and low material loss. Dust emissions comply with national environmental protection standards.
