100,000–200,000 TPY Fluorite Grinding Production Line in Hubei

Project Overview

A mining enterprise in Hubei decided to build a large-scale and modern fluorite grinding production line. After comprehensive evaluation, the customer finally selected GK2000 Raymond Mill from Guilin Mining Machinery. The production line can efficiently process fluorite raw materials into 200-mesh fluorite powder with flexibly adjustable output ranging from 8.5~35t/h, fully meeting the demands of large-scale production and multi-working-condition applications.

Project Details

Fluorite raw materials are delivered by elevator to the storage hopper, then fed quantitatively and controllably into the GK2000 Raymond Mill for grinding and crushing via variable-frequency belt conveyor. The ground fluorite powder is conveyed by fan airflow into the classifier for precise classification. Coarse fluorite powder failing to meet the 200-mesh fineness requirement is separated by the classifier impeller and falls back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding.

Qualified fine fluorite powder is then sent with airflow through air slides to the cyclone powder collector for gas-solid separation. The separated and collected finished fluorite powder is vertically transported by elevator to finished product tanks for storage.
